Must have your own tools and equipment in order to complete work in a timely manner.
General Liability Insurance – if you do not have insurance, we can provide you resources on how to get.
Clean background check, or valid explanation for past occurrences.
The latest iPhone or Android phone that is capable to download apps and take photos through an app for our clientele.
Property Preservation / Rehab experience preferred... Willing to train the right people.
